There was a moment after a performance of the annual high school play. A bunch of us went out to dinner. One of the women asked if my father could drop her off on our way home. I said no. I should have said yes. Who knows where my life could have gone.
The moral of the story is to think before automatically saying no. That is unless your gut is sending a warning that should be heeded.
